How to be come personal courier
A travel courier, sometimes also called a casual courier, is a person who carries important documents on flights for a company in exchange for a discounted or free flight. Often it is cheaper for a company to have a passenger check freight through as luggage than to ship it themselves. It is a legal and widely used practice. Read on to learn how to be a travel courier.Join a courier association to get flights. One of the largest is the International Association of Air Travel Couriers. There is a small membership fee, but they offer a money-back guarantee that assignments will be given out.
Step 2:Have a passport. All of the flights are international, so having a passport is a must. Getting a passport these days may take many months, so have one before planning to travel or joining an association.
Step 3 :Maintain a clean-cut appearance. A courier carries documents for respectable, good-standing companies and needs to represent that company in a positive manner.
Step 4 :Be willing to travel alone. Couriers often have to travel alone, although it is possible to coordinate meeting times with other couriers a day or two later.
Step 5 :Be a low-maintenance traveler. A courier must be willing to pack lightly, since the documents or objects being carried often take the place of carry-on luggage.
Step 6 :Be willing to spend a little money. Even though being a courier is a good way to travel and see the world on a budget, it is not a career or even a complete freebie. Often flights are free, or at least discounted 85 percent, but they are not always round-trip. Meals and lodging are also not covered

EBay OR PayPal
Dispute Resolution
EBay, which decided to limit major announcements to twice-yearly, has been quiet up until this week when it announced its spring policy and site changes for buyers and sellers.
Last year eBay slugged through harsh policy changes that kept many sellers in an uproar for most of 2008, such as DSR restrictions and opening the site to larger catalog merchants.
This year, the announced changes are pretty low-key but, while we don't anticipate the onslaught of seller boycotts that eBay provoked last year, sellers do need to be aware of the policy changes. Most of the following Policy changes will go into effect the week of June 15, 2009.
eBay, Not PayPal to Manage Dispute ResolutionOne of the biggest changes that will impact sellers is eBay's plan to move dispute resolution from PayPal to eBay.
While the move isn't expected to happen until the second quarter of 2009, this really should come as no surprise. With more payment processors to choose from than just PayPal (like Pro Pay and individual merchant accounts) eBay really does need to bring seller dispute resolution in-house and away from the PayPal Resolution Center.
EBay will continue to advise buyers to work directly with sellers over disputes, but with the new process, buyers and sellers will also have an option to call eBay.
Summing up this announcement, eBay stated, "We are gradually transitioning the dispute process, and anticipate that the change will be complete before the holiday 2009 selling season. Once complete, the new on-eBay resolution process, backed by eBay customer support, will serve as the primary entry point for buyers who are unable to resolve disputes directly with eBay sellers."
New Seller-Helpers and ToolsOne small change that eBay is making is called the "Smart FAQ". The purpose is to take details from your listing to provide potential buyers with the answers to 20 questions before buyers contact you via "Ask a Question." This is a free add-on service that eBay says has been tested and proven to cut time spent answering buyer questions in half—without any negative impact on sales.
EBay is also offering package tracking that should help sellers who have customers e-mailing "Where's my item?"
According to eBay, starting in mid-June, when sellers upload tracking information, buyers will be able to access it in a pop-up window right from their own My eBay without having to go to the Order Details page.
If you pay shipping and print labels on eBay, your tracking information will be uploaded automatically. Sellers will also be able to upload shipment tracking numbers or delivery confirmation. You may have noticed we said "print labels on eBay". This is also a new, recently announced feature.
At launch, you will only be able to print USPS labels via eBay's label printing solution—if you want to print UPS labels, you need to continue to use PayPal's label printing for the time being.
Soon, sellers will also have more options for Custom Item Specifics. EBay provides suggested Item Specifics in drop-down boxes, but if these suggestions don't work for your item, you can create your own value for an item. Custom Item Specifics will be available in more categories, starting in April.
Multi-variation Fixed-price Items and a New Item PageEBay's big spring announcement had further details on the redesigned Item pages, which the company expects to rollout by mid-June. The new pages will offer buyers bigger pictures with photo zoom and a real-time countdown timer for Auction-style listings. The new format will also provide the key information upfront and new cross-promotion options where sellers can choose to have their items show up on each other's item.
Lastly, in the big seller news, eBay will be introducing a new Multi-variation Fixed Price listing that will let sellers consolidate variations of a product in one low-cost listing. This would be a good listing format, if, for example you had fifty dresses in different sizes. The new listing format will let you charge $29.99 for regular sizes and a different price for plus sizes.

Don't kid yourself... Earn a passive income online and you're set for life, even if your income streams decline from a couple thousand a month to a couple hundred a month... In reality, I think that 10% of the population could be earning a full-time
passive income online, by the year 2020. Maybe even more! The internet is such an easy place to get started, and you can do it for virtually zero investment!
Question is... How do I earn a passive income online? It's all about making money while you are NOT working, which meanssetting up a ton of income streams that generate money while you sleep. These are called automated income streams, and they crank out money day and night all by themselves.
Having a website or blog increases your chances of this happening ten fold. You can have it ranked in Google search engines for just about any keyword you'd like, or you can pay for targeted visitors that would be highly interested in an offer you have. I use both and there are many more places, like eBay and myspace as well.
It's not an accident that this phenomena has appeared and I'd like to think that virtually anyone who tries this can make at least $30K in their first year online. With the correct guidance it's easy to set these passive income streams using nothing, but your computer.
You will need to know what type of income streams you want... It's easy to pay $1 to make $1, meaning you spend $1 and make $2 back, remove the $1 spent and there is your $1 profit. You can also spend TIME and have your website ranked in Google using search engine optimization techniques. When it's ranked you'll always be making money and having visitors.
When you start out, I think it's better to start to use "money for money" approach since you want the data it returns. This means that you'll know what people want, what's targeted, what converts visitors into sales etc. Then when you have that data, plug it into an SEO campaign and make money for life!
When you have optimimized 10-20 of these WEBSITES, with about 20-1,000 pages each, you can understand how fast, and how easy it'll be for you to start making money with the internet... now it's simply time to plug-in a couple of income streams such as affiliate marketing or adsense and you're off making $100's per day from the free traffic you tested with PPC!
If you can't make money in this way then I don't know what to say... I've done this over and over for a long, long time and I can only say one thing.. It WORKS, and it WORKS everytime, for everyone... It's fail-proof.... Why? Becuase you only push something when it's proven viable in a multitude of paid tests.
You can pay for information that would take months to get using only free traffic and search engine traffic, so spendning a $100 bill in a day is CHEAP to learn that out of 100 keywords 2-3
are profitable!

SEO
Search Engine Optimization More and more people are joining the SEO bandwagon and there is an information overload with regard to SEO tips and tricks on the Internet. The fact of the matter is that SEO requires a lot of dedicated effort and constant
supervision. Most non professionals who use SEO techniques for their websites are not necessarily the best informed people in the SEO business. And yet, it does not stop them from publishing their tips on the Internet. It is very important to understand the process of SEO before you implement any SEO techniques on your website.
Some Common mistakes
Following are some of the most common mistakes made while implementing SEO techniques and it is important that you avoid them to ensure the success of your website through search engine results:
Don't Lose Focus on Website:
Your website is the primary vehicle for your business on the Internet. It is important that you give the deserved attention to the development of the website and not just SEO techniques. Ensure that your website is well designed, easy to read and easy to navigate. Not only will this help attract and retain targeted users to your website, it will
also help with your search engine page rank.
Don't target very general keywords:
It is important that there is a common theme to every page on your website and that the content on your website is keyword rich. However, it is important to choose your keywords with care. You will not get very far if you use very general keywords like 'books' or 'games'. You need to use targeted and highly specific keywords like 'bedtime
story books' or 'multiplayer strategy games.'
Don't cram content on Few Pages:
For SEO to be effective, it is important that every page a separate and distinct theme to itself. This will also help you organize insertion of relevant keywords in the content on your page. If you cram too much information on few web pages, it is very likely that every page will not have a unified theme and there will be different sets of
keywords vying for the web crawler's attention. But, a large variety of unrelated keywords will confuse the web crawler about the content on your page and your page rank is likely to drop because of it.
Don't Forget the Title Tags:
The HTML title tag is amongst the most powerful of all SEO techniques. Ensure that every page has a relevant title tag. Also ensure that your most relevant keywords appear in the title tag. This makes it very easy for the web crawler to find your web page. Additionally, your title tag is what will show up in big blue fonts on the search engine page
results. If the keyword is present in the title tag, it will make the result even more relevant to the user and increase your chances of getting a click.
Don't Duplicate Title tags: There are some people who will use the same title tag for their entire website instead of providingdistinct and unique title tags for each page. This can be very detrimental to your SEO efforts.
This will not only drop the relevance of your website for the web crawler, you may also end up with duplication issues with Google and find that your website has been blacklisted. Once a website has been blacklisted, it is extremely difficult to get a search engine to start listing it again. And, if your domain name is important for your business, which it usually is, you could suffer huge losses because of the blacklisting of your website.
Don't use Splash Pages:
There are a number of reasons to avoid splash pages if your are implementing SEO techniques on your website and here are some of them:
• From the web crawler's point of view, the most important information on a page is the title tag of the page along with the content. A Splash page contains no information and cannot be read by a web crawler.
• Splash pages cannot be linked in the same way regular web pages can be linked. In fact, one rarely comes across any links on a splash page of a website, except the home page. This takes away the opportunity for you to use link in your SEO implementation and it leads the web crawler to believe that only page on the internet (the home page) is relevant to the splash
page. This will lead to a huge drop in your page rank.
• Most splash pages redirect to other pages of the website. This is the reason they are ignored by most search engines.
Search engines are interested in web pages that directly deliver the information sought by the user, and since splash pages don't deliver any information at all, they are ignored by search engines.
Don't use Java Scripts in Menus:
The use of JavaScript is very popular for site navigation. However, if you are implementing SEO
techniques for your website, it is important to remember that search engine web crawlers do not read JavaScript. Ideally, you should avoid menus in JavaScript altogether, but even if you simply can't do without one, there is a simple solution to the
problem.
Build Sitemap:
Ensure that you also build a sitemap for your website which links to all the pages on your website. This way you can ensure that all your links will be recognized by a web crawler.
Don't Underestimate the URL: Unless your company is a household name like GM or Apple, people are not searching directly for your company name. This means that it is only on the basis of keywords that you can get a high page rank on search engines.
Having your keyword in the URL can give you an edge over your competition. Additionally, when your link does show up on the search results page, the keyword in the URL will get highlighted and this will also help grab the attention of the user and will increase your chances of getting a click.

The principles of marketing include approximately all products and services that are sold in the market these days. Even people need to market themselves in order to come in public eye, no matter how popular they are. Therefore in increase the popularity and demand of the product in the market it becomes very much important for every businessman to be aware of the principles of marketing. Only providing information won't work out, if you want people to get attracted towards your product.
There are subtle things that you must accomplish in order to get your business marketed properly.
For example, one of the main ideas behind anything being represented is actually not how to push it onto people but, rather, what is the social responsibility behind a product or service? In the process of purchasing an item, consumers tend to look at the usability of the good as well. So those who are looking for your product should be told about the use of the product to them and how it can meet their budget. Customers who experience a good feeling with a business are almost sure to return.
Target oriented marketing is one such important aspect of marketing which can help the business to pull in customers. This idea is that you do not merely put your business up somewhere and advertise in as many places as you can for as long as you have money is not really a good one.
Super bowl advertisements are far by the best example of target marketing. People who are very much involved in different activities related to sports or athletics will definitely show their interest in Super Bowl. If at this time an advertisement about doggy day care centre is telecasted, it would not serve the purpose even if it is shown number of times as it won't reach to the required audience.
Therefore if you are looking to target audience for the commercial advertisement of doggy day care then it is advisable to place this ad on Animal planet channel when people are watching the puppy bowl. Through the commercial, even if you are not able to cover maximum people for your business, you can at least target the interested audience who wants to learn more about it. It could be that, the people who are watching this cute puppy advertisement are those who already have a dog or are planning to own the one. Therefore the concept of day care must be more pleasing for them as compared to those who are sports lover and interested in watching Super bowl.
You should also take into account the kind of marketing distribution you are performing and the way it compliments your business. While planning your dvertisement also see to it that you do not advertise in the next state as it wouldn't be beneficial for you at any cost as literally no one would come so far to drop their dog. For achieving success in your marketing it is very important that you take the marketing pains in those areas where it will be fruitful for your company. One most important rule of marketing is, place the advertisement near the area where you provide services and don't waste more time or money elsewhere.

Selling products on eBay is not a difficult task, but what differentiates a good seller from a great seller, is an eye for detail. If you are looking to increase sales on eBay and want to make sure that your customers receive the best customer care and pricing possible, here are a few tips:
Product descriptions are important
The primary purpose served by any product description is providing customers with a comprehensive overview of the product. It is important that your product description has details about the product’s warranty, product specifications and any additional information from the manufacturer. For example, the product description for a mobile phone should include details of the phone features, the manufacturer’s warranty, details about the phone and a comparison with other mobile phones. It is equally important to remember that there is no such thing as a generic product description, and the product description should (and will) vary from product to product. Another vital role played by product descriptions is in search engine optimization. eBay sellers have already started utilizing the services of internet copywriters to write meaningful and keyword rich product descriptions. A keyword rich product description not only ensures that eBay users will find the product much faster, but it also ensures that internet users that are searching for similar products are redirected to the product via the search engine. For example, Google actively indexes all content on eBay, and a search engine optimized product description will ensure that search results for the product will show up on Google also.
Pay attention to the shipping costs
Shipping costs make up a sizeable amount of overseas shipment costs, and you should carry out extensive research before finding a carrier. Keep in mind, sometimes shipping costs can result in lost sales, and it is always a good idea to offer various shipping options to your customers. For example, even if your product has the same price as that of your competitor but your shipping costs are higher, a buyer will probably buy the product from your competitor. Since eBay does not take responsibility of any shipping, the onus of providing product shipping is on the seller, and it is vital that you research all the shipping options that are available before hand.
A picture says a thousand words
Product pictures are an essential means of showcasing your product and attracting more customers. Keep in mind that your product photographs should be professional looking, free from digital abrasions and should showcase the product’s features. For example, if you are selling a laptop on eBay, a few pictures of the laptop along with the travel bag (if you are providing one) are a good idea. In addition, if you are offering any additional accessories make sure your product photos include the product accessories also (this holds true for mobile phones also). In a nutshell, you don’t need to spend a lot of money on a professional photographer, but make sure the product photographs are ‘decent enough’.
Price your products competitively
The first rule of starting any business is finding the right price for products and services. If you are not sure how you should price your products, the best option is to look at what your competition is doing. Carry out an eBay search on your product and look at what the top sellers are doing. Try and look into more than just the pricing options. Take a close look at the shipping options, product description and product photos before coming up with pricing. Also keep in mind, that it is worth selling a few products on a ‘no profit no loss’ basis if required. Once you have established yourself as a reliable eBay seller, you will have no trouble in getting customers to agree to your pricing.

You need some professional AdWords help if you still haven't figured out a way to start minting money with your AdWords campaign. This is a simple and easy-to-use advertising program, offered by Google, which works on a pay-per-click principle. Each time a person clicks on your Ad, you pay Google a pre-determined amount of money.
Of course, what you pay for it determines where it will be displayed in the Google search results! So the idea is to strike an optimum balance between the cost and the ranking. Here is some free AdWords help for you to minimize your cost in setting up your Google AdWords campaign and increase your revenue.
Placing The Right Bid Just like you optimize your website for keywords, you have to optimize your AdWords too. This is done by "bidding" for the relevant keywords from Google; declaring the amount you are willing to pay per click for that keyword, which, in turn, determines the location of your Ad in the search results. For US customers, this amount can be as low as one cent per click and as high as the competition drives it! While it is not wise to set too high a price initially, it can also render your entire campaign worthless if nobody gets to see your Ad! So the first point in your free AdWords help tells you to find a balance between the position of your Ad and the CPC.
Analyzing And Modifying Ideally, you should start with 1 cent CPC for all your keywords and gradually increase it by a cent each for those keywords which are suspended by Google because of being too low priced. Once you have more than half of your keyword list working, stop playing with the CPC for the keywords until you get at least 50-75 clicks. That's the stage when you don't need any further AdWords help from others. You can now start to analyze on your own as to which keywords seem to be working for you at the low CPC and which need further investment.
Testing And Tweaking Once you manage to cross phase 2 of the campaign, you just need one last bit of AdWords help, to keep you going strong! You must do a constant revision and testing of your work. You need to play with the header, the design and the bid value. You need to keep finding ways of improvement!
Once you get the hang of it, playing with AdWords can actually be fun! Whether you are a totally new entrant in the field of Internet marketing or you have been around for a while, but, not with much success, I am sure that if you keep the above few AdWords help points in your mind, you will be able to see a definite success in all your AdWords campaigns! Playing smart is the keyword here!
